Shashwat Hospital was founded with a simple but unwavering conviction: quality pediatric care should not be a privilege reserved for those who can travel to Delhi or Mumbai.
Gwalior is home to hundreds of thousands of families. Their children deserve the same standard of neonatal monitoring, pediatric surgery, and intensive care that exists in the country's top metro hospitals. That is the standard we set on day one. And that is the standard we hold ourselves to every single day. It is not our 80% IVF success rate, though we celebrate every family it has created.
What I am most proud of is that families in this city trust us with the most irreplaceable things they have - their children.
That trust is not given. It is earned, every consultation, every surgery, every anxious night spent in our NICU waiting area. We do not take it lightly.
Shashwat Hospital operates across multiple specialties. But at its heart, we are a children's hospital. Child health - from the first breath in our NICU to pediatric surgery to routine vaccinations - is the soul of this institution. Everything else we do exists to serve that core.

Dr. Khushboo Bhadouria is an Oral and Dental Surgeon and the Co-Founder and Director of Shashwat Hospital, Gwalior. As the administrative and strategic head of the institution, she oversees all operations, specialist coordination, and the patient experience across every department. Under her leadership, the hospital has grown into Gwalior’s most trusted multispecialty facility, with a particular focus on pediatric, neonatal, and mother-child care.
In her clinical role, she heads the hospital’s Dental Department and has treated thousands of patients across oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative procedures. Her patient-first approach, combined with modern dental expertise, has made her one of the most sought-after dental surgeons in the Gwalior region.

From a Vision to Gwalior's Most Trusted Hospital
How It Began
Shashwat Hospital began as a vision shared between two doctors - Dr. Swadesh Bhadouria, a Gold Medalist Pediatrician with experience at Hindu Rao Hospital and Kasturba Hospital in Delhi, and Dr. Khushboo Bhadouria, an Oral Surgeon and institutional builder. Together, they believed that families in Gwalior deserved medical infrastructure that had never existed here before.
How Its going
What started as a commitment to pediatric and neonatal care quickly expanded into a full multispecialty institution - because the families who trusted us needed more. Today, Shashwat Hospital offers specialties spanning Gynecology, IVF and Fertility, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiac Care, Urology, General Surgery, Dentistry, and Anesthesia all within a ISO-certified facility.
But the heart of the hospital has never shifted. Children and their families remain our primary focus. Every new department, every new specialist, every new piece of technology we bring in is evaluated through that lens.
